Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HDMI ports 3 and 4 are HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2. Lot of people been confused on this. It says this on Hisense product page and in their spec sheet. The Hisense representative you chat with misinformed you. Just use one of the 2 ports in the back of the TV, not the side ones.

Please try again later.I just ended a chat session and they assured me that this TV is HDCP 2.2 even though the inputs say 2.0 that its in the software, and that it should be compatible with devices like Roku and Fire TV, but i do not have to test out. I also would like to know a 100% before i return.
