Q: QuestionDoes Model:AHD5024K1W dehumidifier have casters on bottom? The specifications say NO but a couple images show there are casters. I've had a few different models and brands in the past and they all had wheels and assume this would also.

Q: QuestionDoes the Model:AHD5024K1W SKU:6587405 replace our 2 year old Model HT5021KP? They appear to look identical. We love our HT5021 but prior to the end of the 2 year warranty, it stopped working. We are thinking of purchasing the ADH5024K1W.

• A:Answer Hi Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the Hisense AHD5024K1W. The air filter is removable for easy cleaning. Turn off the dehumidifier, then remove the air filter and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air filter. If the air filter is dirty, wash it in warm water with a mild detergent.
