It is spyware and you have given Hisense full access to your Google account. You can find out more via Security and Privacy check of your Google account.

We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Please complete a factory reset by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Once this reset is done, the tv will be restored to the default settings and you will have to complete the setup of the unit once more.
