Yes, this TV now supports Amazon Video. They have recently put out a new firmware (10730) which adds the app!

I don't see the firmware update available beyond version I0615, and Hisense tech support just said that prime video is not available and would not be available in future firmware updates. I am really hoping that you are right and that the update just hasn't made it to my region of the country or some other issue like that. My tv says it has the latest firmware at I0615, which was the update that downloaded when I bought the TV three weeks ago
