“Would this TV support HDR through streaming apps?? If not, what would be the case if I use a ps4 to get to the apps, would that way play HDR content??”

Hi! Currently, this TV does not support HDR streaming. However, you can play HDR content through HDMI #3 and #4. So if you stream HDR content on your game console, it should play in HDR.

It supports hdr through the apps it has lije youtube, amazon, netflix, etc. I am not sure how it works on a ps4 or say firestick. Ive not tried apps on the ps4 pro yet.

Only certain apps use the HDR feature but I'm sure more will use it over time. I know Netflix uses it along with some games. I have the new Xbox One S and the games look amazing along with Netflix.

This tv supports HDR both through streaming apps and hdmi 3 and 4 inputs . I get HDR on Netflix and my PS4 pro. Sure a blu ray player would be no different as long as it supports hdr.

It only streams HDR with Netflix. That's it. The HDR on this tv isn't true HDR anyways.
