• I have a stand that I believe might be smaller than your stand, as it was for my wife's 32" WestingHouse monitor, and it fits perfect on it. Grant it, it is all the way to the edge, but it works perfect. I believe they are spaced 10" inside the edge of the monitor/TV. Also keep in mind, that 55" is diagonal and not horizontal.
