• I had the same thing when I first got the TV so used a Firestick. Then all of sudden one day I was prompted to update the firmware and had no choice as I could not get out of it. I did the update and then Prime Video was on the home screen. Beware though, if you connect via ARC to a soundbar you will have audio issues as the volume goes crazy and soundbar cuts out, but Optical cable works fine. There was another firmware update again that took care of it, but what I don't like is when I adjust volume on the soundbar it also displays on the TV which I didn't care for so I switched to Optical again with no issues.

• No it does not support Amazon nor AT&T. I have a Roku in 1 of the 4 HDMI ports for Amazon Prime Video and AT&T Now.
