Yes and I was absolutely astonished that I can finally and easily hook up my really nice Sony headphones in which once connected they will automatically connect to your TV every time you turn it on unless you hit a special side menu button and disable Bluetooth. Also they the interface with Bluetooth functions just like a smartphone and will function with not only headphones or music sources but other and most any other Bluetooth sources such as directly with your smartphone to say transfer files and also my wireless Xbox game controller!
