Q: QuestionDoes the Roku remote allow for private listening ?

- A:Answer No, the U6GR does not have Bluetooth broadcast capability which was a feature I was looking for on a new Smart TV. It does have a 1/8" headphone jack on the back but that would disable the speaker sound. To be able to connect a Bluetooth headset so I could listen to the sound at a volume that I liked, I bought an Avantree Audikast Plus Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter for TV with Volume Control from Amazon. It comes with an optical cable that plugs into the optical sound jack on the back of the TV and a USB power cable that also plugs into the back of the TV. The Avantee Audicast can connect two separate Bluetooth listening devices while also allowing the TV's speakers to be operational.

Q: QuestionIs there Bluetooth capability? I’d like to utilize ceiling BT speakers.

- A:Answer The Hisense Roku Platform does not come with Bluetooth built in. However Roku does offer their own Roku wireless speakers and sound-bar at a reasonable price. If you already have speakers you want to use you may want to consider looking into Hisense TV’s other branded platform televisions. I prefer Roku and currently use a optical connection to a third party sound bar that has Bluetooth enabled connectivity options.

Q: Questionmy remote is not working on the .can this tv work without remote?

- A:Answer If you are using the Roku platform you can download the Roku app to your smart phone and use it just like your remote. This model also has voice consults options and can be controlled using the Amazon Alexa app and Alexa devices. If you have other Roku devices in your home that have working remote controls, you should be able to pair them to this TV to get basic controls to function.

Q: QuestionHow do you access antenna/local TV after doing a 'search' all channels? I have rabbit ears and had to search each time. Favoriting the channels has not helped, as they don't save when I turn off/on the TV(pic). I'll return the TV if there's no easy way.

- A:Answer You may to upgrade your antenna to an HDTV antenna mounted in an direct line of site to the nearest broadcast tower. You should also rescan your signals able make sure to select the “Save” option when the scan is completed. The Live TV app will scan for saved signals every time you open it. If the channel signal isn’t found it won’t broadcast . Upgrading your antenna as mentioned should solve the problem.
