“I see this comes with a stand but I don't have room to use that, can it be mounted? I currently use a narrow stand with bracket to hang my 55 inch tv. Will this work with this particular model?”

Yes i mounted mine, it does have the standard holes on the back for mounting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The tv can be mounted. The tv should have come with the items you'd need to mount, I believe. I don't know what your utilizing, but I do know the tv will mount on a wall.
