“Does the Hisense 55” U8N mini LED TV have the same kind of stand/legs as the Hisense 55” U8K mini led tv ? Or is it a center mount stand in which a soundbar couldn’t be under the TV?”

Same kind of legs, but it works with your Typical VESA pattern center stand mounts that can be bought from Best Buy.
