“I use an antenna for local channels (ABC, NBC, PBS) and their secondary channels (MeTV, Ion, etc). Hisense chat told me I have to use the up/down channel switch. I get 26 channels. Do I really have to bypass 11 channels to get to the 13th channel??”

The u8h has a 123 button on the remote that allows you to enter the channel you want to turn to, but you better have fast fingers because you are going up against a timer. The u8h also allows you to save your favorite channels
