“Hi. Does the 60 inch Hisense have multiple spots to put the feet? On the website it says that some of the models have flexibility in where you put the feet under the TV. And can I still use my Apple TV with this type of TV?”

It does not. There is one spot on each side for the feet and they are set fairly wide. A wall mount might be a better option if your stand is borderline wide enough.
