They were really unhelpful and simply told me if I cannot find the apps then they are not supported. No further help from them. So I returned the TV.

A:AnswerA review done by rtings shows the brightness to be around 250nits for SDR and 268 nits for HDR. HDR and SDR content look exactly the same due to the low peak brightness. The tv is not bad when viewed in a darker room. I don't recommended it for rooms where a window is directly opposite the tv.
