Hi, can't answer your question. But I have exactly the same issue. It was good for only 3 days now youtube got stuck at loading after 2-3 minutes of streaming. It is not the internet. I have a LG, 2 vizios on the same network and all of them are fine. It is the issue of the youtube app that comes with this TV
