“I am struggling to get it to see any of the USB inputs. I've tried an external SSD drive, tried USB flash storage. It doesn't see any of them in input selection.”

Hello Boris, Thank you for your interest in the 65H8G. Please press the apps button on your remote than navigate to Media option.
