The built in apps do not support HDR at the moment so what are you using to get Netflix HDR content. Something seems off with the handful of Netflix HDR programs. When using Amazon Video the HDR content plays back with a flawless picture. HDR content is not meant to make the picture worse. I have a service request opened with Hisense to see what the deal is. Hopefully we receive a firmware update soon. I'd like to get the full capability out of this tv.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have absolutely not had any of those issues. As a matter of fact we have ours outside on our patio and have no issues watching any of those. You may want to check yours. I love my TV!!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the ROKU Premier + and found that upping the backlight on this TV to 100 and turning the adpative/dynamic contrast in advanced settings to medium makes a difference. Iron Fist in HDR on Netflix looks incredible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When u are in HDR mode u have to change every thing again in the settings like the brightness color and contrast and and in advanced settings and put the back light to 100 and u have to change the settings in every picture mode u have to be in game mode or theater mode for best results and it looks amazingly excellent in HDR mode remember the picture settings will be in default on the apps menu even if u set thm while u were on netflix and YouTube just check out the tvs picture settings while on the apps menu and u will see what i mean

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As far as I contacted hisense, they told that there will be a future update firmware which will make netflix and roku take advantage of high dynamic range feature. Anyway, as long as you have any device that can support hdr will work on this tv. It's a nice tv overall.
