“I have a hisense65 H8 my tv from day one it says a upgrade but it fails every time can’t find the down load on the website do I have to return the tv or is there a usb with the right version to download to the tv thank for your time”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you connected to the internet? During setup my set detected my home system and had no problem linking and doing the updates immediately. So check that first. once you are in your network you can go to the system menu and check for updates if it doesn't immediately do that.
