Anyone considering this model should be aware that the 65H8C is a 2016 model. The 65H6D is a 2017 model. Another case of deceiving model numbers by a manufacturer, where the lower number is actually the newer model, contrary to what one would assume. (go to their website if you'd like to confirm). According to rtings dot com as well as digitaltrends dot com the H8C does NOT support wide color gamut. The H9D and H10D lines do, but none of the series below these do.
