No. Mirroring technology is capped at 1080p on literally every single device i have ever used. 4k would literally be unwatchable using that technology. Needs entirely too much bandwidth. The lag woukd be unbearable

However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K.
