Q: QuestionFor the art mode, is it something that I have to manually activate? Can it automatically activate if I'm turning off my devices like the competitor Samsung frame?

• A:Answer There is a button on the remote that can turn on the art mode, you can also manually do it in the settings. My TV will automatically go into art mode when you press the off button. If I want to turn the TV completely off, I press it again.

For the Canvas TV, it's not necessary to mount it on two studs. We recommend using toggle bolts to secure one side of the TV to a stud and drywall anchors for the opposite side. • A:Answer there are install videos on the hisense website and on youtube with photos of the mount, parts and process. the mount that is included with the tv aligns and mounts on two studs and is on the top part of the tv. heavy duty screws and masonry plugs/mollies are included. two metal squares hooks are screwed onto the tv and then on to the wall mount. strong magnetics align it flat to the wall.
