Does this tv have a built in digital tuner? null

yes, and despite what the alleged hisense product expert had to say, No you do NOT need a digital Antenna to recieve signals, that is a bold face loe and marketing scheme akin to people once selling Color tv antennas when Colot TV sets were first sold. any regular old tv antenna will work just fine.
