Is it compatible with Directv Stream ? null

Im gonna say yes because ive not found anything i couldn't install on it yet even unknown sources apps onve you enable it to do so.i have direct tv also and it recognises it automatically and named it such plus if its in the play store most likely you can install it since its a Google tv with playstore bullt in

Yes, you just need to make sure the direct tv steam app is on google tv. If not, just hook up a Roku.
