If you have cable go back to main menu before you change to cable and select picture size if you have on 4 k will not adjust had to use lower picture quality to adjust

Please select a different picture mode or toggle with the advance picture settings to get the desire picture quality/ size. If the picture size is not being adjusted to the desire size, it is your external device picture setting will need to be adjusted.
