The tv does not have a camera built in but yes you can most likely because on google meet and I think zoom, there is a screen cast option to cast your screen from your phone, tablet or computer to the tv but you will need a camera so I'm not sure entirely BUT I think you can use your computer's camera and still see it on the big screen.
