I think the H8G came out in March 2020. The Amazon firestick shouldn't be a problem just plug in to HDMI, as this TV is a 4k model. Being Google Assistant and Android, should be able to download all your apps, don't know if you even need a firestick. Download Amazon apps on the Google Play and sign in, lol
