No it is not. On a side note, the TV was supposed to come with a $100 gift card for the NBA store. Best Buy did not honor the promotion, the manager saying he "thinks" they ran out of supply. The promotion is still running until June 15th. I purchased my TV on May 11th. Definitely feel ripped off.....
