I don’t know anything about the blue part of the question but the picture quality is really good.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The quality is excellent! It looks like if I went to the screen I could actually touch the person or I could step onto the football field. I've never disabled anything on my tv so I'm not sure about the blue color. The built-in browser allows me to go to all the websites I use on my computer and the size is awesome! I love this tv!!!
