Yes it does. Under the description it says it has the dark arts cosmetic set, the dark arts battle arena, the thestral mount and the onyx hippogriff mount.

It does not appear to come with the onyx hippogriff mount like the releases on the other systems. The benefits described in the previous answers is what comes with the deluxe edition over the standard.
