“Is the 72 hours of early access only for the digital editions or will the deluxe physical editions ship 72 hours earlier?”

• Whether it's the physical copy or a digital copy. Anyone with Deluxe or Collector's Edition will be able to pick it up or download it to play it on Febuary 7th.

• If you look at the release date for the deluxe edition and the regular versions, they are different. So if you ordered the deluxe edition, it should say releasing on February 7th (which would be 3 days earlier than the regular version). My physical release pre-order says I can pick up February 7th.
