dose this come with the preorder dlc? null

Idk if it was preorder dlc but I did get a few in game items.

Yes! You get a paper inside the box that allows you to get some DLC

The original game did not but Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition came with some cool pre-order bonuses such as the Dark Arts Pack. This includes Thestral Mount, Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, Dark Arts Battle Arena and 72 hours of early access.

Inside the case you may or may not get some code that you can redeem for special items, but I don't think it's the same items you would get with the preorder.

I just bought it a week and a half ago after the preorder and I did get all the preorder items aside from the dark art stuff

If you mean a download copy. Mine did not.
