On your console you can purchase the digital series s version right from the Microsoft store.

You would have to wait until best buy sells a "digital" listing, which best buy would send you a redemption code in order to play the game. As an advice, if you want the game on "day one" You can purchase xbox gift cards from best buy to pre-order it digitally on the xbox store though the console at this time. Just a reminder, YOU CANNOT USE BEST GIFT CARDS TO PURCHASE OTHER GIFT CARDS. I made that mistake once.... LoL

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have the Series S, buy the digital version for X/S. I believe if you buy the digital Xbox One version it'll work, but it won't upgrade to the X/S version. (X/S version is 10 dollars more to tell the difference)
