Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Encountered the same issue with my NETGEAR router. Found that the device that you are installing the camera or lights must be in on the same GHz as equipment requirement. In other words: A. You must have both 2.4 and 5 GHz set up on your network actively running. B. The device with the app you are using setup the equipment must be also on the same GHz as the equipment.
