Once that timer is up, they bolt out the door!
In addition I would not count on any follow up.
Except for the needed survey, which I don’t normally do.
As for me, I’m a 30+ year patron of Best Buy.
I learned what GHOSTED means, even when trying to reach out to technician and management!
