QuestionMy elderly parents moved into a fortress of an apt complex last May & have always had unreliable wifi service, which is a safety issue. If add'l equip is reqd to make their wifi reliable, will the techs be able to install that too (not just recommend it)?

- Answer Yes, I was so grateful that the Best Buy Geek Squad set up a TP-Link wifi extender that I bought on Amazon. I wanted to buy it at Best Buy, but they had only indoor euquipment. Of course they were paid $202 for the visit, but it was an enormous help! Well worth it!

- Answer This is essentially what I had done, but I bought the TPLink extender on Amazon bcause Best Buy didnt sell what I needed. The tech said they dont do exterioe work, but at leadt he connected the extender to my internet server. Then i was able to buy a longer ethernet cable and aim the extender at the othet bldg. It gives us 3 bars in the main room of the bldg 300 feet away.
