“I'm not at all computer savvy. I'm a little older and have purchased the WOW computer for seniors. I don't have internet service installed at my home. I don't have a router or a modem or anything. Can someone come out & get me started?”

Yes, you'd need to get an Internet Service provider selected (Ex. through your cable company) they usually provide a modem and router you can lease from them. You could also choose to purchase a Router from Best Buy or another retailer. Once you have those things, schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad (Home WiFi setup). The Geek Squad will then be able to set everything up for you.
