• This was given to me as a present and it doesn't work and there is no phone number on the instruction sheet so who do I call to get a replacement?

• See if it works by using the car cigarette lighter plug. If it does, then it’s the power supply. In the alternative, the weakness of the massagers is the heat element. If it gets too hot, it will shut off. If the heat transfer element burns out, it can be replaced.
