• i'm thinking, you can buy a good cable chain/lock, slide it through the back or bottom holes, sling it around something sturdy, like a bedpost, etc. and lock the chain. sound good? Which i will do w/any i buy. try it. see, i bought one that came with a cable w/lock. the only difference would be you can't hide the cable part that is locked inside the safe,so someone cannot pull out the lock. but hoping the material between the 2 holes, is it strong enough to not break the safe. understand? mona

• Model:5005 includes a mounting kit. You can bolt your safe to the wall or floor to added theft protection and resistance to tipping. The safe has pre-drilled bolt-down holes in the back panel and in the floor.
