• Yes, that's how i have it set up. Just make sure your window's size is in the range of the bracket. I went online and checked.

• No, I think the venting hose,as is, can only be used for a vertical window system, one that goes up and down. There are no other materials in the box that I think would help you with your problem.

• Yes this unit will come with all necessary materials for venting. The WD bracket kit can be used with sliding windows.
