Rather doubt it, since the plastic piece that fits into the window frame is only about 38-40 inches in length. You could make a piece to fit the difference in height if you have the right tools and materials.

It appears to fit windows up to 5 feet wide. Which is not to say you couldnt use it in a sliding glass door, because you could supplement the gap with cardboard, wood, tape, etc.
