The kit is adjustable so it should extend to fit 16 inches. I believe my window opening is about that wide and fits fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This unit comes with a window venting kit that measures 19.7 inches. The bracket is then extendable to 47.2 inches. So if your window measures 16 inches, the bracket will need to be cut. This can be done simply at a local hardware store.
