Hi John, This unit is equipped with an auto evaporation system which means it automatically evaporates the condensate through the air outlet hose. There is no need to empty the drainage tank except in very high humidity conditions. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used mine at one point to cool the whole house when the main unit broke, and so it was running 24/7 without having to empty the water once. In dehumidify mode I have no idea how much more water it would create. I hope this helps a little bit!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe mine is defective but I have to constantly empty the water. It shuts down and flashes the red power light. Not sure what high humidity is supposed to mean but the room I have it in stays around 50% humidity which I think is pretty normal. Will likely be returning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We empty buckets a day, even though we don't run it all day. We had to hook a hose to drain into a bucket because it was filling up and shutting down so frequently.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No you don't its self evaporating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There's no water to empty. It evaporates and besides, the hose that goes outside takes care of that too. No mess, no muss, no fuss. Very clean and efficient.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No
