Ice is forming back of the filter null

Ice means it’s toast. Refrigerant has leaked out.

Ice forming on the coils usually means that some of the refrigerant in the system has leaked out. Since there is no provision to recharge the refrigerant, the dehumidifier has reached the end of it's life. You might try letting the ice completely melt and the coils completely dry, then try running the unit again. If ice forms again, or the unit fails to extract moisture from the air, the unit is no longer usable and will need to be replaced.
