• well when u get The fan its not assembled so just unlock the secure locks on th edges of the fan and it should open up

• You have to open the 4 hinges around the grate of the fan

• As with most inexpensive fans the motor area is sealed. The best you can do is use your vacuum hose at the vents.

• The front gate has clips. I clip and clean away!
