• You may want to take yours back. Our's doesn't drip and while it does randomly gurgle at night it isn't anything that should awake you (unless you are a really, really, really, really, really, really light sleeper).

• Thank you for your inquiry. The gurgling comes from water leaving the tank and air taking its place. This will happen with any humidifier with a removable tank. We would advise using a humidifier that's tank is part of the body to avoid the dripping and gurgling sound.
