“Is the Honeywell (Model: HY-201) a Quiet fan? Looks great and is said to be 'Very Quiet Fan' I'd like to know if that is true, or, is it simply a fan that doesn't generate allot of noise (there is a difference). Tnx for any info”

Yes, it is a very quiet.fan. You can have a conversation in front of it and hear the other person.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it is extremely accurate, you will not hear it at all. Though I admit I dropped it on accident and now it seems to make noise when its on full blast and on oscillate mode. Doesn't always make noise like that though.

Please try again later.Yes it is so quite it barely blow air if u look for a fan to cool this is not that fan but if u look for fan to do what a plug in does then there u go best for night sleeper that want a quite fan and room smell better for what pup may of done durring nap but as a fan only bad call dont move air tjat why it quite I doubt it could dry.
