• Hi Judge! The Honeywell - 7-Day Programmable Thermostat with Wi-Fi Capability requires a common (C) wire. This C wire will need to come from your system. In heat only systems a separate 24 volt transformer can be used to power the thermostat. If you have further questions about powering this thermostat contact us at 1-855-733-5465. Thank you!
