• There is no water reservoir. No refilling anything.

• It's a radiator heater it is filled with oil not water you do not need to do any refilling to it

• We will be happy to clear up the confusion. This unit does not have a water reservoir nor does it release steam, as it is filled with a mineral oil. This oil does not need to be refilled at any point in time. The oils heats up the radiator and the heat radiates off the unit in to the room.
