• It works with my steam system, my system was high voltage, so I had to have it wired for low voltage so it would work.

• I believe it will. Check the wire coming into your current thermostat. If you have 4 wires, you are all set (depending on your heating unit you may have to but a 24VAC transformer). I have forced hot water and it works just fine.

• As long as it has 24v thermostats yes. I've installed on oil burners with column radiators.
