• Yes, can change from either your device or your smart phone. The manual temperature can be set to either expire at a time you set or hold it indefinitely until you cancel the manually set "hold" temperature.

• Not really understanding the question, but yes I could change the desired temperature from the screen itself or my phone.

• Yes you can. It is rather easy. However, it does not go back to the scheduled setting once the time comes.
